Welcome to Smart Start Learning Centers. We are licensed by the state of Utah. We have two locations, one in West Valley and Clearfield. We are in full compliance with the health and safety requirements by the Bureau of Child Care Licensing. Each staff member has an extensive background check, CPR/First Aid certified, food handler permits with on-going training. We participate in the state food program and provide nutritious meals and snacks. Your child’s health and safety is our number one priority. Our goal is to have pre-k children ready for school.
At Smart Start Learning Centers we are always looking for ways to improve our care. We recently installed security cameras and have a monitor you can watch each class. We updated our program to take payments online.
Smart Start Learning Centers is designed to provide developmentally and age appropriate activities to help children grow emotionally, socially, intellectually and physically. Each classroom provides a positive learning atmosphere including a wide variety of fun and exciting learning experiences for the children. Areas such as fine and gross motor skills, literacy, science, art, music, and math.

- Use Connect4Learning, Conscious Discipline, and Second Steps for our curriculum
- Open 6 am to 6:30 pm in West Valley and 5:30 am to 6:00 pm in Clearfield
